What do I need to my property to let..?

How do we vet our tenants..?

All of our tenants go through a strict reference process. We require an employment reference from either their employer or accountant, a previous landlord, a character reference and a credit check. Only on passing this process will we move someone into your property.

How long will it take to find tenants..?

From instructing us to market your property we can usually find suitable tenants within 2 or 3 weeks. This will also depend on several other factors such as the condition of your property and are you looking to achieve a sensible rental figure etc...
